Shri. Nagji K Rita - Chairman & Mananging Director

Shri. Nagji K. Rita is a face of Inventure, he is a symbol of trust and conviction in the Stock Market. He laid the first brick of Inventure and is still the leader with vision and dynamism leading the way towards achieving high standards and better governance in business. He was the Director of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. Apart from his business skills and ability, Shri. Nagji K. Rita is also active in many other social and humanitarian activities which can be seen from his association with many NGO’s in Education, Religious and Trade Associations where he is holding Key positions.


Shri. Virendra D Singh - Executive Director

Shri. Virendra D. Singh is one of the founder Directors of Inventure and is active in day to day working of institutional and Commodity business of Inventure; he is a director of Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) which is one of the promoters of NMCEIL, a (premier commodity exchange of India). Shri. Virendra D. Singh is the person who leads the way of Inventure into Commodity business. Apart from this, he is associated with many other Government institutions & his presence in the board & other key positions in various institutions are giving an edge to Inventure in developing business with these institutions.


Shri. Kanji B Rita - Director

Shri. Kanji B. Rita started his career in retail business and is now a very reputed name in the finance world. His capacity of raising funds and deploying it in the market to get possible returns; has given maximum returns to Inventure on its own fund as well as funds raised form other resources. He is leading the way for Inventure Finance Private Limited (Subsidiary) to get optimum yield from the available resources.


Shri. Pravin Gala - Director

Shri. Pravin Gala is most experienced member of Inventure Team he is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is active in stock market since more than 20 years. His knowledge of fundamentals and his ability to read the market has given a multiplier effects to investments of our clients. He is putting together all his efforts and knowledge for systematic growth of research and Portfolio Advisory Services of the company. Shri. Pravin Gala is also an Independent Director on the board of one of India’s leading multimedia Company EURO Multivision Limited.


Shri. Vinod Shah - Director

Shri. Vinod K. Shah is a leading Industrialist having presence in multifold business like manufacturing, trading & construction & real estate development. M/s Ratan Plastics & Nirmal Poly Plast Pvt Ltd. are two most reputed manufacturers in plastics households; they are also major player in exports of plastic items. Although he is very busy with commitments in his business he is always there sharing his views ideas and knowledge with other Board Members; and his connections with many industrialists and entrepreneurs has fetched many benefits to the Company. He is also appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of one of India’s leading multimedia company EURO Multivision Limited.


Shri. Harshawardhan M Gajbhiye - Independent Director

Shri. Harshawardhan Gajbhiye is appointed as Independent Director. Shri. Harshawardhan M. Gajbhiye is a retired I.A.S. He is at present Senior Vice President of Maharashtra Airport Development Co. Limited. (A Government of Maharashtra undertaking). His rich and varied experience will be very useful to the Company.


Shri. S Jambunathan - Independent Director

Shri. Srinivasaiyer Jambunathan appointed as Independent Director. Shri. S. Jambunathan is a retired member of Indian Administrative Service of Maharashtra Cadre of 1961 Batch. He is a Post Graduate in Mathematics and Gold Medalist of Madras University. He has rich and varied experience both in Mahrashtra Government and Government of India. He was member of the Board of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited for 6 years and Non-Executive Chairman for 3 years.

Shri. Deepak M.Vaishnav- Independent Director

Mr. Deepak M. Vaishnav, 45 years, is the Non Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has a vast experience of 19 years in the fields of business process reengineering, computerisation of processes, ERP evaluation, implementation and post production support, ERP due diligence, providing functional, technical and strategic support to various teams working on various projects in diverse industries like stock exchange, finance, real estate, telecommunication, banking, government financials, IT consulting, insurance and investments, process manufacturing, retail etc. at different locations in India and abroad. He represents Tata Consultancy Services at various academic premium institutions like S.P. Jain Management & Research Institute, D. J. Sanghavi College of Engineering, Swami Vivekanand College etc. for faculty trainings, addressing students to prepare under testing times etc. He has conducted various trainings programmes on project management, Oracle applications and finance for variety of audiences across Tata Consultancy Services’ offices

Shri. Arun N.Joshi- Independent Director

Mr. Arun N. Joshi, 68 years, is a M.Sc. and a CAIIB. He is the Non Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He has vast experience in the area of Banking and Finance. He has worked with the State Bank of India for a period of 35 years, in various capacities, in India and abroad. At the time of retirement, he held the position of Managing Director of SBI Factors and Commercial Services Limited. During his long stint with SBI, he gained knowledge and expertise in various areas such as Credit Appraisal and follow up, N.P.A. Management, Forex Operations, Planning and Control and Reorganisation of Bank’s Structure etc. He has also served as an executive Director of Bombay Stock Exchange for three years where he was closely involved in various areas such as control and regulation, market development, launch of products such as Internet trading, Futures & Options and upgradation of Trading platform etc. Mr. Joshi has also served as a director of Central Depository Services Limited and as a member of various committees including the audit committee and the Finance & Accounts committee for a period of three years. Mr. Joshi has also served as a director on the board of BOI Shareholding Limited, the clearing house of BSE, for a period of three years.


Mr. Ajay Khera, Independent Director

Mr. Ajay Khera, 54 years, is the Non executive and Independent Director of our Company. His qualifications include:-

• M.sc (Hons.) in Bio Chemistry;

• Diploma in International Marketing;

• Diploma in Industrial Purchasing and Materials Management;

• Advance diploma in German language;

• Fellow of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport;

• Member of Institute of Materials Management, United Kingdom.

He has around twenty-nine years of experience in warehousing and logistics. He stands credited with outstanding services and contributions towards the growth of hi-tech Jawaharlal Nehru Port, by the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust and stands conferred with JPI’s Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Shipping Performance Award – 1996 for special services for outstanding contribution for promoting of shipping trade at JNPT, Navi Mumbai.
